I offer a personal narrative, forged not only from my experience as a professional mental health provider, but of overcoming the physical and emotional challenges of having been born with one hand, infertility, and my mother’s death after a long and painful battle with breast cancer.
Bear with Hope is meant to be a source of encouragement, comfort and inspiration. To be hopeful and to share that hopefulness with others. There is something within our being that is stronger than we could ever imagine. I hope you can find strength and solace in knowing you too will rise above and move beyond that which tries to keep you down.
